These terms apply to your use of swoonsy.com, which is run by Swoonsy Ltd ("we", "us"). Details of the company are on the company information page. By using the site you accept these terms. If you don't, please don't use it.

They don't cover Itclickt or Klusko. Each product has its own terms, published on its own site, and those are the ones that apply when you sign up or use it.

Using the site

You're welcome to read the site, link to it and share it. Please don't try to break it, get around its security, overload it with automated requests, or use it to send anything harmful. We may block access from anyone who does.

We don't promise the site will always be available. We may change or take down any part of it without notice.

Content and trade marks

The text, design and graphics on this site belong to Swoonsy Ltd, unless we say otherwise. The names Swoonsy, Itclickt and Klusko and their logos are ours; please don't use them in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product. The fonts are licensed under the SIL Open Font License.

Accuracy

We try to keep the site accurate, but it's general information about our company, not advice. Product details such as prices or features can change, and the product's own site is the place to check.

Links to other sites

We link to other websites, including our own products. We're not responsible for the content of sites we don't run, and a link isn't an endorsement.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that can't be limited or excluded under English law.

Otherwise, because the site is free and for information only, we're not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of it or reliance on its content, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise. If you're a consumer, this doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live in the EU, you keep any protection the law of your country gives you.
